Our consultancy division exists to help businesses who need experienced senior wellbeing advisors to deliver serious wellness projects. Whether that is working with leaders of large internal wellbeing, safety or HR teams to assist with sidelined or complex projects or working with businesses to develop their wellness strategy.
With a minimum of ten years’ experience in senior wellbeing roles across large organisations, your Wellness Consultant can pick up or start projects that may have been side-lined and act as an extension of your internal wellness team.

What we do FOR YOU
Your Wellness Consultant has the experience to complete any complex wellness project. From a detailed wellness strategy to focused wellbeing challenges. Examples of our scope of work that we can do for you includes:
- Provide leadership and direction to your senior management on the design, development and delivery of a proactive approach to wellness which targets areas that may lead to significant risk to the health and wellbeing of your people.
- Contribute to the development of your Health, Safety and Wellbeing and strategic and operational planning.
- Provide professional advice and support, including policy development, to assist in identifying and addressing work practices and risks that significantly impact upon employee health particularly psychosocial and musculoskeletal health that unduly impact wellbeing of staff and their engagement with your business.
- Collate, analyse and report on published research and reflect on its impact or opportunity for your business, in addition to the ability to analyse wellbeing and culture data.
- Assist in managing obligations to relevant legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations and associate codes of practice.
- Provide expert advice and insights on your employee wellbeing programs and proactive approaches to drive meaningful cultural change to support a safe, diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Work collaboratively and partner with Health and Safety, People and Culture, senior leaders and other stakeholders to deliver initiatives and programs to build your wellbeing capability and performance.
- Develop and/or enhance your peer support programs to engage a highly effective community.
- Manage relationships with employee assistance provider and any corporate wellbeing service providers.
- Facilitate mental health and wellbeing awareness, education and training, and promote wellbeing offerings to new and existing employees.
- Participate in evaluation activities and engage closely with service providers to ensure wellbeing support services are delivered, as required.
- Assist in actively identifying, managing and mitigating risks that impact wellbeing.
- Provide advocacy for mental health within the workplace including planning for a program to reduce stigma and to promote and support a safe, inclusive and flexible team culture.
- Design and deliver specific programs, for example, a fatigue risk management program to enhance employee wellbeing, reduce fatigue-related risks and foster a robust safety culture.
- Provide reports and presentations to your senior leadership.
- Fill your panel or board member role.
