- Develop and lead your custom employee health and wellbeing plan, shaping the future of wellness within your business.
- Identify key strategic focus areas for embedding wellbeing whilst supporting your people and culture, health and safety, and overall business strategies.
- Review mental health and wellbeing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practice.
- Organise and co-ordinate your Wellbeing Committee.
- Be the first point of contact for matters related to wellbeing administration.
- Conduct wellbeing conversations and devise employee wellbeing plans with follow-up check-ins.
- Provide management-level support for peer support team members eg. Mental Health First Aiders and Wellness Champions

- Manage and deliver workplace wellbeing programs, both face-to-face and online, to meet your program goals.
- Partnering with internal leaders to drive engagement with health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Collating, monitoring, and analysing wellbeing data to refine strategy and deliver impactful solutions.
- Integrating health and wellbeing into various aspects of the employee experience, fostering a culture of wellness.
- Coordinating health promotion activities and educational programs in partnership with Learning and Development and other teams.
- Contribute to proactively identifying and managing psychosocial hazards in partnership with Health and Safety teams.
- Assist/deliver presentations on mental health and wellbeing
- Actively assist employees to pursue goals, performance and development goals within wellbeing programs.
- Support in-house wellbeing communications and events to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Assist with PR opportunities and grant applications related to wellbeing
- Provide leadership with reports as needed.
