Returns and Exchanges
Do you want to return or exchange something? No problem!
Please let us know within 30 days and please ensure your items are original condition.
If you have purchased an item and the size doesn’t quite fit like you expected, you are more than welcome to send it back to us and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange for you.
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, firstly, we’re sorry! Secondly, we’ll be more than happy to fix it – please contact us and we will organise your return/exchange asap.
How to return an item or your full order:
Step 1: Select which items you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2: On a piece of paper, give your reason for requesting a return of your item and include your order number, a contact phone number, the name on the order and your email address. Include this as well as the item you are returning and post to:

Step 3: We will review your items and arrange for a refund/exchange (according to our policies).
Important things to know about returns and exchanges:
Please return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order. For returns outside this 30 day window, please contact us.
All goods will be inspected upon return. We try hard to accept all returns. Returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back to you. Please ensure that any items returned are in the condition it was received. Products with stains, makeup marks or other damage may be rejected.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure that it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
You should allow up to 30 days to process an exchange. It can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse, a further 5 business to process and a further 5-10 business days for postage. For refunds, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
