Structure

Mentoring sessions take place at two-week intervals and go for around an hour long. During these sessions, your mentor Angela draws from her 25 years' industry experience, combined with listening and questioning techniques, to guide you as the mentee to achieve your professional objectives.

Your mentoring program is fully customised to suit your needs. Contact us to book your complimentary 15 mins consultation for us to learn a little more about you and your goals.

To get started now, select one of our programs and within 48 hours, you will be contacted by Angela to schedule your Step One: Initial Discovery Session - at a time that suits you.

Your mentoring program is customised in consultation with you, to suit your needs, goals, timeline and your first mentoring session is scheduled.

The skills that you develop throughout your mentoring program can even be Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL) towards one of our nationally recognised Diploma Programs!!

To ensure quality outcomes for our valued mentees, limited placements are available.

Refund policy:

We know from experience that the pairing of mentor/mentee is critical for success. If, for any reason, yourself, Angela, or both of you, choose not to continue with your mentoring program after completing your initial discovery session or your first mentoring session, you will receive a full refund of monies paid.*

*Refund requests need to be emailed to ASWA Accounts Manager – peter@aswa.net.au within 48 hours from completion of your first mentoring session. Refunds can take up to two weeks to appear in your bank account.
