How can living my best life transform the lives of those around me?
You are unique and there is no one else in the universe who is exactly the same as you! How awesome is that?
People might have similarities, share common traits or genealogy, but they are never an exact match.
It is in your highest good to be the very best version of you that you can be. Embrace your uniqueness and awesomeness and improve your health and wellbeing. Raise your vibrational energy to one of confidence, wellness and enthusiasm.
So often in life we judge ourselves by the perception of how and what other people think of us, by our own negative self-beliefs and from apparent society norms. These comparisons can weigh us down in our thoughts, actions and energy. Eventually the cumulative effect of negativity will adversely impact our health, our relationships and our work life or business.
All living things vibrate at a specific frequency. However not everyone realises that emotions also have a vibrational energy. If you are feeling undervalued, by yourself or another person this can make you feel even more drained than normal. It can add to your stress bucket and if left unchecked can eventuate in adrenal burnout.
Your energy and vibration can affect other people as well. Someone who is feeling unwell, negative and having low self-confidence will often show physical signs of how they are feeling. They might have their shoulders hunched, chin down and look unhappy or glum. When they are around others, people will mirror their negativity. Having a low personal vibration and negative energy field will quite often attract a similar sort of energy in return. Like will attract like!
When you are anxious, scared or unhappy your body responds to a primitive reflex. This primitive reflex is one of the innate primal reflexes that happens automatically. It comes from ancient times when you were the hunted or the hunter. It activates the flight/fight response. When you are functioning from this reflex, you do not make creative decisions, you are not generally thinking clearly and you will respond from habit or an old limiting belief. You are also more likely to self-criticise, use negative self-talk and have low self-confidence.
However, by changing your self-talk to one of positivity, complimenting yourself regularly and mixing with people that are also being positive you will raise your vibrational energy and be able to think more clearly, make better creative decisions and overall feel and act with more confidence.
Imagine you have a line running through the middle of your body and it has a bucket on either side. One bucket is your stress bucket and the other is your life energy. Your life energy is your immune response, your wellness, your joy and enthusiasm. It is your get up and go reservoir. It drives your unlimited potential for a great life.
At any given time, you have a specific or finite amount of available energy. Think of it as your life energy bank balance. This balance can change depending on what is going on in your life. When you are well, feeling good and happy your life energy is high and generally you have a lower stress bucket. However, the opposite also applies. When your stress bucket is full or overflowing, you have a low life energy.
As your body experiences an emotion it creates a response via a series of neural pathways. These pathways form our habitual response to a similar experience. Although these neural pathways form the way we function, they can be changed or enhanced.
By being the best version of you that can be, you will align to your core values, you will operate from an authentic space, and you are more likely to experience fulfilment, a sense of freedom and flow in your health and happiness.
It doesn’t mean you have to be the best at everything, win all the races, get the top jobs etc. It means to do your very best and always give 100% of your personal ability and capacity. If you find yourself feeling low find something that helps you to raise your life energy, re-calibrate that neural response to a better one. Control! Alt! Delete! the negative and embrace a better, more uplifting choice.
Some things that can raise your life energy include complimenting yourself, spending time with good friends and family, enjoying a hot bubble bath, walking along the beach, visiting nature, play with your pet, having a kinesiology balance, massage or doing yoga, watch a feel-good movie or do some exercise. Do something that makes you happy and be mindful of how you are feeling and responding.
Remember that you are unique, special and an individual and to always be you, because everyone else is already taken ?
