This 10 to 15-minute analysis is the foundation of ASWA Wellness programs. The purpose of The ASWA Wellness Tracker is to help you measure your current level of wellness and the impact of your daily experiences on your wellbeing. You can take the assessment as frequently as you like to track your wellbeing over time.

The Australasian Sustainable Wellness Academy (ASWA) is conducting this assessment for research and personal development purposes only. Your responses are optional, and there will be no consequences if you choose not to respond. If you choose not to consent, you cannot continue with this assessment. You also have the right to correct any errors in your personal data. ASWA will process all the information you provide and may retain this information as part of a permanent database. Your personal data and responses will be processed in Australia. ASWA will not share or sell your data to anyone.
