1. Start with Fundamentals:
For a whole-organisation solution, build a solid skills foundation with the Embed Wellbeing Series, or for smaller businesses or teams, start with Mental Health Fundamentals and Wellbeing Toolkit.
2. Develop Peer Supporters:
Equip team members to become accredited Mental Health First Aiders by obtaining the skills to provide initial support to colleagues experiencing mental health challenges. In addition, enable them to confidently and compassionately engage in conversations about suicide.
3. Embed Wellbeing:
