Angela Derks
Wellness Leadership Expert | Founder & CEO, Australasian Sustainable Wellness Academy
Wellness in our workplaces isn’t just a necessity—it’s an opportunity. Work can and should be part of the solution, offering a supportive space that nurtures positive mental health and wellbeing. By fostering a culture of care, we can prevent challenges before they arise and empower recovery when needed. Forward-thinking leaders understand that investing in wellness today paves the way for a thriving, resilient workforce tomorrow—because the cost of neglecting wellbeing is far greater than the investment in it.
